Entry Level Referee Courses
The Bismarck Mandan Soccer Referee Association (BMSRA) conducts a grade 8 soccer referee course (entry level) for anyone interested in becoming a certified referee or assistant referee. This course is mandatory for anyone wishing to register with the United States Soccer Federation (needed for officiating summer club soccer games and BSL games). The fee to register as a referee is $45.00. Dakota United Soccer Club will reimburse a new referee his or her registration fee if they work 4 games for the club this season. This is in addition to your normal game fee!
This course will be helpful for anyone who is interested in becoming or already is an official for high school and junior high school games. Anyone just wanting to learn the rules of soccer is also welcome to attend.
