Coaches can reschedule practice sessions.

1. We will NOT be editing each individual weekly practice that was originally set up in the system. You will have to communicate with your teams your practice changes if you do make changes.

2. Coaches, remember the master copy of fields available to schedule practices on is on the Coaches Need to Know page. 

3. If you choose to move your weekly schedule go to the master field schedule and choose a location. Then in the timeslots you are choosing please enter your team letter/number and then the week your are making up. So it will look like this "55 Wk 1 Make Up." I will then know what team and what week. Then at some point after week one is complete I can clear those out so we can use the field for week two and so on. Please be kind and do not remove someones reserved slot, that just wouldn't be nice!

4. After you have chose your makeup field and location you can then add it to the practice schedule by making your own event either within the app or on your team site. You do not have the ability to remove the event that I entered. If you know ahead that you are canceling you could send an email to soccer@dakotaunitedsoccer.com asking me to delete a regular practice. But please provide the details so I do not have to hunt for answers, i.e. "Please delete the regular weekly practice for team 55 on September 6." Then I have the team and date.
